Here at Daddy's Wood Shop we offer about any style of playhouse your child could want. Here is an example of what we can do.

4x8 Playhouse with 3x2 covered porch
12 on 12 pitch roof with 20 year shingles and 30 lbs. felt paper with drip edge
1/2 sheetrock that is taped and floated
Wired with inside and outside lights, doorbell, and one GFI plug inside for radio or TV
Door is solid core made to scale
Price: (without electricity and 2 windows)
$70 per sq.ft. of living space
$30 per sq.ft. of covered porch
$15 per sq.ft. of uncovered porch / deck
Options:
Wired for electricity (1 GFI plug & 20 ft tail for making connection): $50
Lights $25 each
Doorbell : $20
Windows made of Lexan and Guaranteed not to break or yellow : 12"x18" will be $25 for extra windows
Flower Box : $15
